Need Meeting Space on Wednesday Evening?
If your committee needs to meet at Forestgate on Wednesday evening, please contact Chuck Young or Rhonda Paulk, EC@forestgate.org, in advance with your needs and proposed time of use. We have a number of activities in the building on Wed. coordination is required.
THURSDAY SCHEDULE
We will open the doors of the church at 7:45 a.m. for Presbytery. Lunch and dinner are on your own. We have provided a list of local restaurants for your convenience.
Please visit our hospitality table in the foyer for a name tag and church information before proceeding to your meetings. Church information/internet access can be found on the slides projected in the foyer. Should you need anything, please contact one of the host/hostesses in the church for Presbytery issues.
